If you are experiencing any issues with our products or services please contact our Customer Support Team. If you feel that our Customer Support Team has been unable to resolve your issue or if you’re dissatisfied with the response given, please send us your complaint here and select ‘Complaint’ under question type.

Please be sure to include:

  • your existing Coinfloor Support ticket number;
  • as much detail as possible about the cause of your complaint; and
  • how you would like us to resolve your complaint.

 
We will contact you once we’ve received your complaint and you will hear back from us with a written decision responding to your points by email in due course. If we require any further information from you we will let you know.
